Data controller

MeetBrief is a service by Grafica Maffei. For any personal-data request: info@graficamaffei.eu.

Data we process

Account data: name, email and profile picture provided by your sign-in provider (Google or Microsoft). We store no passwords.

Meeting content: audio/video recordings, transcripts, summaries and AI-generated analyses, for the meetings the user chooses to record via the bot, browser recording, the mobile app or file upload.

Usage data: processed meeting minutes, needed to manage plans and billing.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed solely to provide the requested service: recording the meetings the user designates, producing transcripts and reports, and managing the account and any subscription (performance of contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Whoever starts a recording is responsible for informing participants as required by applicable law. The MeetBrief bot appears as a visible participant and, by default, introduces itself in the meeting chat.

Processors and transfers

The service relies on qualified providers acting as processors: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Supabase (database, EU region), Recall.ai (recording bots, EU region), Google (Gemini AI models for transcription and summaries), Stripe (payments). Each receives only the data required for its function.

Retention and deletion

Meeting content stays available in the account until the user deletes it. Deleting a meeting removes its recording, transcript and analyses. Account deletion can be requested at the contact above and removes all workspace data.

Your rights

You can exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — arts. 15-22) at any time by writing to info@graficamaffei.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), data encrypted at rest by our providers, per-workspace isolation on every data access, revocable sharing links with random tokens.
