The service
MeetBrief records the meetings designated by the user (online via bot, in person via recording or file upload) and produces AI-generated transcripts, summaries, analyses and mind maps.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and, in particular, to inform meeting participants of recordings where required. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to record and for how you share the reports.
AI-generated content
Transcripts, summaries and analyses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are not official minutes nor professional advice: verify them before any use with legal or financial effect.
Plans, trial and payments
The free trial includes 60 minutes of meetings. Paid plans include the monthly minutes stated at purchase; payments are handled by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the management portal, effective at the end of the billing period.
Limitations
The service is provided "as is": while we strive for maximum reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation (we also depend on third-party providers and meeting platforms). To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months.
